CRANBERRY-GLAZED HAM LOAF

Steps:

• 1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all loaf ingredients mix well. Shape into 2 loaves. Place side by side in ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour. Drain.2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer 1 minute or until brown sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.3. Brush ham loaves with part of glaze. Bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is firm, basting frequently. Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325°. Line a roasting pan with foil. Place ham on a rack in prepared pan. Bake, covered, 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Remove 1 cup mixture for glaze; reserve remaining mixture for sauce. Brush ham with some of the glaze mixture. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 140°, 35-45 minutes, brushing every 10 minutes with remaining glaze., Warm reserved sauce mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally; serve with ham.
