1 bottle (64 ounces) white grape juice, chilled
1-1/2 cups white cranberry juice, chilled
2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
Seedless red or green grapes, optional

Steps:

  • Just before serving, combine juices in a 5-qt. punch bowl. Stir in soda. Add grapes if desired.

1 qt. (4 cups) cold reduced calorie cranberry juice cocktail
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda or seltzer, chilled
ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add cranberry juice cocktail; stir until mix is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Pour into punch bowl just before serving. Stir in club soda. Serve over ice.

1 (32 fluid ounce) bottle pina colada mix
2 liters raspberry ginger ale soda

Steps:

  • In a large plastic container, combine cranberry-raspberry juice with the pina colada mix. Freeze overnight.
  • Remove from freezer 30 minutes prior to serving. To serve place frozen slush in punch bowl and slowly add raspberry ginger ale.

I like other things to drink besides water and found this beverage recipe on Diabetic Connect. It looks so refreshing! Sweet and tart, this colorful, fizzy concoction tickles your taste buds all the way down. This will be made alot during the hot Az months! I can quench my thirst without any worry now.

Steps:

1 (12 ounce) can frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups orange juice
4 quarts carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Steps:

  • Combine grape juice concentrate, cranberry juice concentrate and orange juice in large punch bowl. Just before serving, add 2 quarts chilled lemon-lime soda. Use the other 2 quarts and make ice molds. Orange and lime slices can be frozen in the molds for decoration. A pint of Orange sherbet is a nice addition and some people have even added vodka.

4 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
4 cups cranberry-apple juice
4 cups chilled raspberry or cherry soda
Ice
Lemon zest strips or fresh cranberries

Steps:

  • Place juice concentrates in a 7-qt. or larger container; let stand until partially thawed. Stir in juices., To serve, stir in soda. Serve over ice. If desired, top with lemon zest.
