1 cup water, divided
1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
6 bone-in country-style pork ribs (1-1/2 inches thick and 14 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, brown sugar, garlic powder and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 cup mixture for basting. Pour remaining mixture into a large resealable plastic bag; add the ribs. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight., Drain and discard marinade; place ribs and remaining water in a 3-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 20-25 minutes or until meat is tender., Drain ribs. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill ribs, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.

4 pounds bone-in country-style pork ribs
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Dash pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, covered, 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour 1 cup sauce over ribs; turn to coat. Let stand 15 minutes., Drain and discard sauce from ribs. Grill ribs, uncovered, over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until browned, basting with 1 cup sauce and turning occasionally. Serve with remaining sauce.

½ cup Burgundy wine
¼ cup barbeque sauce, plus more for basting
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
4 pounds country-style pork ribs
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Stir wine, barbeque sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard together in bowl until well mixed. Place ribs in a baking dish; pour Burgundy wine mixture over ribs and coat completely.
  • Mix onion powder and garlic powder together in a bowl. Dust ribs with powder mixture; let marinate 2 hours, turning once.
  • Preheat grill for medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill ribs, covered, over indirect heat on the preheated grill for 45 minutes, turning once. Baste with barbeque sauce and grill until meat is tender, about 15 minutes, turning and basting frequently.

2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
4 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
3/4 cup amber beer or reduced-sodium chicken broth

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Mix first 9 ingredients. Place pork in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. pan; rub generously with seasonings. 4 pounds bone-in country-style pork ribs
1/4 cup canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place ribs in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, covered, 1-1/2 hours or until no longer pink. , Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally., Drain ribs. Grill, covered, over indirect low heat 45 minutes, turning once. Baste with barbecue sauce. Grill 15 minutes longer or until meat is tender, turning and basting frequently.

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup water
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 ounces soy sauce
2 tablespoons inglehoffer original stone ground mustard
1/4 cup kc masterpeice original barbecue sauce
2 lbs country-style pork ribs

Steps:

  • Wisk together the Brown Sugar, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Water, Worcesteshire Sauce and Soy Sauce. Then wisk in the Mustard. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade.
  • Trim the pork ribs and place in a sealable plastic bag in a large bowl.
  • Pour in the marinade remove the excess air and seal the bag. Let the ribs marinade at room temerature for 30 minutes.
  • Heat up the grill and clean the grates.
  • Mix the reserve marinade with the barbecue sauce.
  • Remove the meat from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  • Brush the meat with the marinade & Barbecue sauce and grill over direct high heat with the grill covered turning every 10-15 minutes. When meat temp reaches 155° remove from grill and enjoy.

2-1/2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
2 teaspoons liquid smoke, optional
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
BARBECUE SAUCE:
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon canola oil
3/4 cup each water and ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional

Steps:

  • Place ribs in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with liquid smoke if desired and salt. Add water to pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add the remaining sauce ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened., Drain ribs; top with half of the barbecue sauce. Cover and bake 1 hour longer or until meat is tender, basting every 20 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce. Freeze option: Place cooled meat mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Microwave, covered, on high in a microwave-safe dish until heated through, gently stirring and adding a little water if necessary.
