4 chicken breasts
2 cups cornflake cereal
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley
2 eggs

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor combine the cereal and seasonings and place into a shallow bowl.
  • Crack the eggs and whisk into a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the chicken into the eggs and then into the cornflake crumbs.
  • Place the chicken onto your air fryer tray and spray with high smoke point oil.
  • Cook the chicken at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes on air fry mode, flipping once in between until the chicken reaches 165 degrees in the thickest part.

2 or more c cornflakes
1 pkg ranch style dressing mix
1-2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Thaw chicken,put cornflakes in resealable plastic bag roughly crush cereal in bag,add Ranch can use part of packet may need to adjust to your liking
  • 2. Coat chicken with egg wash then in cornflakes place in pan for Air Fryer or oven
  • 3. Air Fryer 350' for 20 minutes may need to adjust cooking time per air fryer * if you don't add enough seasoning won't taste it

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, cheese and salad dressing mix. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture to coat. , Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165°, about 45 minutes.

1 tablespoon water
½ cup cornflake crumbs
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
6 large chicken drumsticks
salt to taste
1 serving no-stick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Mix together egg and water in a shallow bowl. Combine cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, Cajun seasoning, chili powder, and paprika in a second shallow bowl.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

½ pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
2 cups corn flakes cereal
1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
1 serving cooking spray

Steps:

  • Trim chicken breast of any visible fat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine flour, adobo seasoning, and garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Shake well. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
  • Add cornflakes to the bowl of a food processor and process to the texture of flour, about 20 seconds. Measure out 1/2 cup. Season cornflake 'flour' with taco seasoning and mix well. Transfer into a resealable plastic bag and add seasoned chicken. Shake well. Transfer chicken pieces to the air fryer basket. Lightly coat with cooking spray.

1 pound chicken tenders

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix together egg, pesto, and salt in a shallow dish. In a separate dish mix together cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, cantanzaro herbs, garlic, and salt.
  • Dip each piece of chicken piece first in egg wash, then dredge through the cornflake mixture, shaking off excess breading. Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.
