COOL JELL-O PUDDING SQUARES

Steps:

• Combine prepared crumbs with butter. Press mixture on bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish.
• Beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in crushed fruit. Fold in whipped topping. Spread cream cheese filling over crust.
• Prepare pudding according to package directions, reducing milk to 3 1/2 cups. Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese filling and chill for 1 hour.
• To serve, top with dollops of whipped topping, and raspberries if desired.
• You can also use chocolate or vanilla crumbs for the crust. You can also use any flavor of pudding that you like.

DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE PUDDING SQUARES

Steps:

• Crush 40 of the wafers; mix with sugar and 5 Tbsp. of the butter. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
• Microwave chocolate and remaining 1 Tbsp. butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle over crust with spoon.
• Beat milk and dry pudding mixes in large bowl with wire whisk 2 min. Gently stir in whipped topping; spread half over crust. Top with layers of remaining wafers and pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE JELL-O PUDDING POPS

Steps:

• Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP.
• Spoon into 6 paper or plastic cups. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in center of each cup.
• Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from cups before serving.

LAYERED PISTACHIO DESSERT (USES JELL-O PUDDING MIX)

Steps:

• Press first three ingredients into a 13" x 9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly.
• Beat Cool Whip, cream cheese and confectionery sugar with electric mixer; spread over cooled crust.
• Beat pudding mix and milk well with electric mixer on low setting. Let mixture stand until set. Then carefully spread over cream cheese layer.
• Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Slice into 2" x 2" pieces.
• Store refrigerated for up to five days.

CRèME CARAMEL SQUARES

Steps:

• Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
• Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP. Spread over crust.
• Beat each flavor pudding mix with 1-1/2 cups of the remaining milk in separate bowl with whisk 2 min. Pour in layers over cream cheese filling; top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours. Drizzle with caramel topping just before serving.
