Confetti Chocolate Pretzels Recipes

CHOCOLATE PRETZELS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place pretzels on baking sheets. Unwrap candy kisses and place one in the center of each pretzel.
• Place in preheated oven 1 to 2 minutes, until kisses melt. Remove from oven and place one candy-coated chocolate in the center of each pretzel. Chill in refrigerator until set.

CONFETTI CHOCOLATE PRETZELS

Steps:

• PLACE chocolate in 1-cup glass measuring cup; microwave as directed on package. Let stand 5 minute to cool.
• DIP pretzels halfway into chocolate, tilting cup to evenly coat each pretzel. Scrape off excess chocolate. Holding pretzels over plate, immediately sprinkle with cereal. Place on waxed paper-lined tray. Refrigerate 15 minute or until set.

• Coat pretzels with chocolate. Substitute 2-1/2 cups finely chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts for POST Fruity PEBBLES Cereal.
• OREO White Chocolate Pretzels
• Substitute 6 oz. BAKER'S Premium White Chocolate for semi-sweet chocolate. Sprinkle coated pretzels with 8 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed.
• OREO Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels.
• Stir 3 tablespoons peanut butter into chocolate after melting. Coat pretzels with chocolate mixture as directed. Sprinkle coated pretzels with 8 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed.
• OREO Chocolate Pretzels.
• Coat pretzels with chocolate. Substitute 8 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed, for POST Fruity PEBBLES Cereal.
• Double Peanut Butter Pretzels.
• Substitute 6 oz. BAKER'S Premium White Chocolate for semi-sweet chocolate. Stir 3 tablespoons peanut butter into chocolate after melting. Coat pretzels with chocolate mixture as directed. Sprinkle coated pretzels with 8 NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed.

CARAMEL CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZEL RODS

Steps:

• Line a large sheet or pan with parchment paper.
• Combine the caramel squares and light cream in a medium microwave safe bowl.
• Microwave the mixture 2-3 minutes (in 30-second increments, stirring after every 30 seconds) until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
• Pour the caramel mixture into a tall glass measuring cup or mug. Dip each pretzel rod ⅔ of the way to cover in caramel. Place on parchment paper to cool.
• Once the caramel is set, melt the chocolate in the microwave on 40% power for 45 seconds. Stir and continue microwaving at 20-second intervals until just melted. Stir until smooth.
• Dip the caramel-coated pretzels into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to cool. (You may want to pour the chocolate into a tall glass measuring cup or mug.)
• Melt the chocolate melts in a small zippered bag and snip the corner off. Drizzle over chocolate. Add favorite decorations if desired.
• Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 2 ½ dozen.

CHOCOLATE-COVERED PRETZELS

Steps:

• Dip 10 pretzels in milk chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper. Decorate half of the pretzels with sprinkles. Chill for 10 minutes or until set., Dip the remaining 10 pretzels in white candy coating, allowing excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper. Decorate half of the pretzels with sprinkles. Chill for 10 minutes or until set., Drizzle the plain white-coated pretzels with milk chocolate. Drizzle the plain milk chocolate-coated pretzels with white candy coating. Chill for 10 minutes or until set. Store in an airtight container.
