- Place green beans and carrots in 1 inch of boiling water. Cover, and cook until tender but still firm. Drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions and mushrooms until almost tender. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in green beans, carrots, salt, seasoned salt, garlic salt, and white pepper. Cover, and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; cook until onions start to look soft and translucent, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut a couple of slits in the green bean bag and microwave on high power until beans are a bit defrosted, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and pour the beans into the skillet.
- Crumble bouillon cube into the skillet and mix everything together. Turn the temperature down a bit and let the mixture cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour in water and mix until any remaining bouillon has dissolved. Cover and steam, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender and as crunchy or limp as you like them; you will need to taste them to determine when they are done.
- Remove the lid and increase temperature to high to cook off any remaining liquid. Serve immediately.

- onions, cilantro,pepper, salt, water and vegetable oil.Shake the bag and work the bag with your fingers, shake again.
- For coffee can:.
- 1 deep dish bowl that will fit the diameter of coffee can.
- 3 - 18 inch to 24 inch pieces of heavy duty foil. Make an X with 2 pieces, place 3rd piece in the middle of the X. Push down into the bowl. Bring up the sides. Place slices of fresh lemon on the bottom and sides of foil. Add the bacon pieces.
- Pour the contents of ziplock bag in the foil. Bring up the sides and seal at the top.Leave some air space. Place the foil bag in coffee can. Put in coals or grate.Do not serve lemon slices.
- For grill bag:.
- Slide the lemon slices on the long side of bag. Place the bacon slices on top. Spoon in the contents of zip lock bag. Seal the end of the bag.Place on grate.
- Cook about 30 minutes. Throw away the lemon slices.

- Heat 1 tbsp of the butter and the oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms for 10-15 mins until golden. Stir in the green beans and cook for another 3-4 mins until the beans turn bright green. Scoop out the veg onto a plate.
- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Melt the remaining butter in the pan until foaming. Remove from the heat briefly and sprinkle over the flour, stirring into the butter to make a golden brown paste. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8x11-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice 1/2 the portobello mushrooms and line the prepared pan with them. Chop the remaining 1/2 and set aside.
