Steps:
- In large microwavable bowl, place cereal.
- In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in sugar and condensed milk. Microwave uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until hot; stir. Stir in cocoa.
- Pour over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in marshmallows while mixture is still hot, to melt slightly. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Stir in milk chocolate candy. Store in airtight container.

Chex™ cereal is covered in melted chocolate chips and coated in a powdered sugar and hot cocoa mixture, then tossed with clusters of marshmallows and chocolate nonpareils. Enjoy it plain or with a peppermint twist!

- Line 2 large rimmed baking pans with waxed paper. In large bowl, mix cereals. In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and cocoa mix.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate chips uncovered on High 45 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until chips are melted and smooth. Pour onto cereal in bowl; mix thoroughly to coat. Transfer mixture to 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag; add powdered sugar mix to bag. Seal bag; shake to coat. Spread in one of the pans to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring after each, just until chips are starting to melt and can be stirred smooth. Stir in marshmallows; coat completely. Spread in remaining pan, spreading mini marshmallows into small clusters; let stand about 30 minutes or until coating is set.
- In large serving bowl, mix cereal, marshmallow clusters and chocolate nonpareils. Store at room temperature in covered container.

COCOA CEREAL (CHEX) MIX
My attempt at imitating the new "cocoa Chex mix" they had out for the holidays. Very low in fat and quite low in calories if you use the lowest calorie chex. I also add in some cinnamon Crispix for a little extra flavor. Taste just like the packagedvariey with less fat and less cost!

Steps:
- Combine cereals and pretzels in a bowl and set aside.
- Combine cocoa and Equal in a gallon baggy, seal, and shake up to mix.
- Spray cereal lightly with cooking spray and stir to coat lightly.
- Add cereal to cocoa mix in baggy.
- Seal and toss around to coat.
- Pour cereal out only 15x11 pan.
- This can be ready as is or cooked 5-10 minutes in a warm oven (200 F) to lock in the coating a bit.
- You should get about 5 cups of mix at about 110 calories per cup!
