COCOA BANANA OATMEAL BAKE
it's like having a chocolaty cake for breakfast or desert but do you want to know the best bit is? its healthy!

Steps:
- heat the oven at 350F / 180c / gas mark 4
- mix all everything together excluding 1 teaspoon of syrup and the strawberries
- place the mix in a ramekin
- top with the strawberries and the leftover syrup
- place in the oven and let is bake for 15 minutes
- take it out and enjoy while its still hot!

Steps:
- Stir 2 cups water, milk, and oats together in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook oats at a simmer until softened and beginning to thicken, about 15 minutes.
- Stir 1 cup water, mashed banana, flax seed, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg through the oats; continue cooking at a simmer until thick, about 10 minutes. Fold walnuts into the oatmeal.

- If baking now, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C). In a large bowl whisk the starch into the milk. Add two of the bananas, and mash with a fork. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, and salt, and whisk to combine.
- Peel and slice one banana, and add to the bowl along with the oats. Stir to combine. Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish, and smooth the top.
- If baking now, peel and slice the remaining banana, and arrange slices on top. Crumble the walnuts, and sprinkle on top, along with an extra dash of cinnamon, if desired. If assembling in the evening and baking in the morning, don't add the banana slices or walnuts yet. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C), and arrange sliced banana and nuts on top.
