Baked Macaroni & Cheese w/ Smoked Sausage image

Easy Cheesy and Delicious

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb macaroni, cooked
12 oz velvetta cheese, cubed
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg beef smoked sausage, cut into slices
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pot of salted water, cook macaroni. Rinse & drain toss with melted butter, place in a large casserole dish.
  • 2. Place all cheeses in a sauce pot, add milk and all seasonings. Cook on low - med heat until cheese melted, stirring often.
  • 3. Pour melted cheese sauce over macaroni and add sliced smoked sausage. Mix together
  • 4. Top with panko bread crumbs & place a few pats of butter over top if you like. Bake @350 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly. ENJOY!!!!

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
1 package Eckrich® Smoked Sausage
1 package (16 ounces) uncooked elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, pepper, sugar, celery salt, salt, cayenne and mustard. Rub seasoning mixture over sausage. Grill according to package directions until heated through, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions., In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream and onion; mix well. Bring just to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; stir in cheese. Continue to stir just until cheese is melted., Drain macaroni; add to cheese mixture. Cook and stir until heated through. Season with salt and white pepper. Serve with grilled sausage.

1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Steps:

  • Prepare mac and cheese according to package directions. Adding sausage, onion, and bell pepper during last 5 minutes of macaroni cooking time.
  • Drain pasta and veggies.
  • Then add seasonings once it is all put together.

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.
  • In a large saucepan or heavy pot, over a medium low heat, add the cheese, dressing, and milk, and stir until the cheese has melted

1 pound cavatappi (corkscrew) pasta, uncooked
1 tablespoon butter
1 (14 ounce) package Butterball® Smoked Turkey Dinner Sausage, halved lengthwise, and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 cup chopped onions
3 cups prepared Alfredo sauce
3 cups half and half
3 cups cubed pasteurized prepared cheese product
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 serving Cooking spray
1 cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain. Set aside.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Cook and stir sausage and onions 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in Alfredo sauce, and half and half. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer 1 minute.
  • Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in cheese and black pepper until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta and sausage mixture.
  • Pour mixture into lightly sprayed 139-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with combined bread crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown and pasta mixture is hot and bubbly.
