1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes

Steps:

  • Stir 1 cup water and sugar in small saucepan over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil. transfer syrup to pitcher and chill until cold. Add orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and lemon juice to pitcher and stir to blend. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep chilled.) Fill 4 glasses with ice. Pour citrus cooler over and serve.

1 to 2 teaspoons lime juice
1 cup ginger ale, chilled
8 ice cubes
Lime and orange slices, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the grapefruit juice, orange juice, lime juice and ginger ale. Serve in two chilled glasses over ice. Garnish with lime and orange slices if desired.

1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 medium orange, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon rose water

Steps:

  • Prepare a strong cup of tea with the Earl Grey, letting the bag steep for 5 minutes. Place the orange slices, sugar, rose water, and tea into a 1/2 gallon pitcher. Fill with cold water, and stir to dissolve the sugar.

2 (10-ounce) bottles ginger ale chilled
lemon and orange slices
Fresh mint

Steps:

  • Into a 4-cup heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Cool to room temperature.In a pitcher, combine cooled tea, lemon juice and orange juice.Just before serving, add ginger ale stir one time to combine mixture. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lemon and orange slices and fresh mint if desired.
