1/2 cup skim or low fat milk
1 tsp granulated sugar

Steps:

1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
Ground cinnamon to taste
4 cups milk
Marshmallows or whipped cream

Steps:

  • WHISK chocolate topping, peanut butter, cinnamon and milk in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, until the chocolate milk begins to steam and mixture is well blended.
  • REMOVE from heat. Ladle the hot chocolate into serving cups. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream. Serve immediately.

I just love cinnamon & coconut so thought I would mix the 2 and came up with this. This is a smooth tasting coffee, perfect for an afternoon pick me up. I used recipe #37023 and recipe #228518 for the syrups.

1 teaspoon coconut syrup
1/3 cup espresso coffee, freshly prepared
2/3 cup milk
cocoa powder, to dust

Steps:

  • Put syrups into the bottom of a mug.
  • Foam & heat the milk.
  • Add the coffee to the syrups & mix well to combine.
  • Top with milk & milk froth & dust with cocoa powder.

Number Of Ingredients 19

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
3/4 cup warm whole milk (110° to 115°)
1/2 cup warm buttermilk (110° to 115°)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
5-1/2 to 6 cups all-purpose flour
FILLING:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
ICING:
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 to 2 tablespoons whole milk
2 teaspoons instant cappuccino mix, optional
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add warm milk, buttermilk, sugar, butter, salt and 4 cups flour. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)., Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour., Punch dough down; turn onto a floured surface. Roll into an 18x12-in. rectangle; brush with butter. Combine brown sugar, coffee granules and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough to within 1/2 in. of edges., Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 12 slices. Place rolls, cut side down, in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes., Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 22-28 minutes or until golden brown. Place pan on a wire rack. In a small bowl, beat icing ingredients until smooth. Spread over rolls. Serve warm.

1 tablespoon walnut oil
3 tablespoons sugar

16 pieces chicken
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sliced garlic
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sherry wine
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup honey

Steps:

  • In large bowl combne garlic, cinnamon, sherry, chicken broth, salt, pepper, lemon and honey.
  • Add in chicken and marinate 2 hours or overnight, depending on how much time you have.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Use large baking dish or even aluminum pans, big enough so that pieces are not on top of each other.
  • Pour marinade over chicken and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
  • Marinade will become nice and thick on the chicken.
  • Serve with some noodles and salad.
