Number Of Ingredients 24

2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
1/2 cup half-and-half cream (110° to 115°)
1/2 cup 2% milk (110° to 115°)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons Nutella
1 tablespoon hazelnut flavoring syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
3-3/4 to 4-1/4 cups bread flour
FILLING:
1 cup Nutella
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon hazelnut flavoring syrup
1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
GLAZE:
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons buttermilk
2 teaspoons hazelnut flavoring syrup
Chopped hazelnuts, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add cream, milk, sugar, butter, Nutella, hazelnut syrup, salt, espresso powder and 2 cups flour; beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)., Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. , Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into a 20x16-in. rectangle. Combine filling ingredients until smooth. Spread over dough to within 1/2 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 8 slices. Place in a greased or parchment-lined 13x9-in. baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight., Remove from refrigerator; cover and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 45 minutes., Preheat oven to 350°. Bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine confectioners' sugar, butter, buttermilk and hazelnut syrup until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls. Sprinkle with hazelnuts if desired. Serve warm.

1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Stir together sugar and salt in a small bowl.
  • Whisk together butter, milk, and vanilla, and stir into sugar until mixture forms a smooth paste. Keep glaze at room temperature until ready to drizzle over cinnamon-bun bites. Before using, whisk until smooth.

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
1 cup warm milk, 120-130 degrees f
1/4 cup butter
1 large egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, butter, egg. Beat w/ electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl frequently. Stir in remaining flour (or as much as you need to make the dough easy to handle.).
  • Place on a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes or until dough is smooth and springy. Grease mixing bowl with pam spray. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, place in ziplock bag.
  • Day 2:.
  • Gently push fists into dough to deflate. Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin into 15/10 rectangle on lightly floured surface. Spread w/ 2 tbsp melted butter, sprinkle w/ filling.
  • roll up rectangle tightly, beginning at the 15 inches side. Pinch edges to seal. Stretch and shape until even, cut into 15 1 inch slices and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 350Ëš F, bake for 30-35 minute or until golden brown.

1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1-1/4 teaspoons orange juice

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent dough into one rectangle; seal perforations. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seam to seal. Using a serrated knife, cut into four slices. , Place rolls, pinched side down, in ungreased muffin cups. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup raisins
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan. In small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; set aside.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 2/3 cup milk and 2 tablespoons sugar until dough forms. If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough Bisquick mix (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with Bisquick mix; gently roll dough in Bisquick mix to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.
  • Roll dough into 15x9-inch rectangle; spread with butter. Sprinkle evenly with sugar mixture and raisins. Roll up tightly, beginning at 15-inch side. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut into 1 1/4-inch slices; place cut sides down in pan.
  • Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
  • In medium bowl, mix powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Spread glaze over warm rolls.

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted, divided
FROSTING:

1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:
