1 ½ cups black tea leaves
½ cup orange peel, dried
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
hot water, for steeping

Steps:

Combine the black tea, orange peel, and cinnamon. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
To brew, steep 1-2 teaspoons of the tea blend in 8 ounces (240 ml) of hot water for 5 minutes. Serve warm or over ice.

3 tablespoons Assam tea
4 cups hot water

Steps:

Toast orange peel and cinnamon sticks in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add to a French press with tea. Add hot water, steep 5 minutes, plunge, and serve.

Steps:

Brew your Black Tea, then add plenty of ice to make it cold (or don't add ice to keep it a hot tea).
Add the brown sugar, blend the milk and heavy cream with a little bit of froth to put on top, pour into a glass of your choice, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Serve.
