CIDER-BOURBON COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cider, bourbon, lemon juice, and ginger; shake until well chilled. Strain and divide cocktail between two coupes or lowball glasses. Garnish with apple slices.

CIDER-BOURBON THERMOS COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Bring cider and maple syrup just to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add tea bags, ginger, and cardamom. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags and spices. Stir in bourbon and lemon juice.
• Transfer to a warmed 32- to 40-ounce thermos.

HONEY BOURBON CIDER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the ginger, mint and honey in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the mixture until the ginger and mint leaves break down and become fragrant. Add the lemon juice and bourbon along with some ice and shake to combine.
• Add ice to 2 rocks glasses. Divide the bourbon mixture between the glasses, then top off each glass with sparkling apple cider. Garnish with the apple wedges.

THE BEST APPLE CIDER BOURBON COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the apple cider, bourbon, and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Shake, then pour into a glass filled with ice.
• Pour the ginger beer into the glass.
• Add a dash (or two) of angostura bitters.
• Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks (optional).
