1/4 cup butter, melted
1 package (3.90 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, finely crush 24 of the cookies; stir in melted butter. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Cool completely., In a small bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth; spread over cooled crust. In another small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spoon cream cheese mixture over pudding; gently spread to cover pudding. Spread remaining whipped topping over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. , Coarsely crush remaining 8 cookies. Sprinkle crushed cookies and chips over whipped topping before serving.

1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
1 ½ cups peanut butter
3 eggs
4 ½ cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M's®)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15-inch baking pan.
  • Cream white sugar, brown sugar, and butter together in a bowl. Mix in peanut butter and eggs until smooth. Stir in oats, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Add chocolate chips and milk chocolate pieces. Spread in the greased baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly brown on top, about 15 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
whipped cream, chopped peanuts, chocolate-peanut butter candies and caramel sauce, to garnish

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line pan with foil, allowing sides to overhang; spray foil.
  • In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.
  • Mix in melted butter.
  • Press crumb mixture into prepared pan.
  • Bake until golden, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Cool on wire rack.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cakelike brownies (adding 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup oil and 3 eggs).
  • Fold in chopped nuts.
  • Pour batter into crust-lined pan.
  • Return to 350°F oven; bake until brownie is just set and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
  • With electric mixer in medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add peanut butter and confectioners' sugar; beat until just blended (it will look lumpy).
  • Add milk; beat lightly to loosen mixture.
  • In separate bowl, whip 1 cup of the cream and gently fold into peanut butter mixture.
  • Spread mousse evenly over cooled brownie.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Heat remaining 1/2 cup cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until just boiling.
  • Remove from heat; add corn syrup and chocolate chips.
  • Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Pour glaze over chilled mousse and spread to cover completely.
  • Return to refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Run a small knife around inside of pan and lift out brownie.
  • Heat knife under hot running water and trim edges.
  • Slice brownie, rinsing knife after each cut, into 5 strips about 1-1/2 inches wide.
  • Cut each strip into 5 pieces about 1-1/2 inches square.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with whipped cream, nuts, candy and caramel sauce.

Water and vegetable oil called for on cookie mix pouch
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1/2 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix cookie mix as directed on pouch, using water and oil.
  • On ungreased large cookie sheet, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 1 1/2 inches apart.
  • Bake 6 to 8 minutes or just until set. Remove from oven; set oven control to broil.
  • With cookies on cookie sheet, press back of metal tablespoon into center of each cookie to create indentation. Spoon 1 tablespoon marshmallow creme into center of each cookie. Return cookie sheet to oven. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or just until marshmallow creme turns a light golden brown. Remove from oven; cool.
  • In medium glass bowl, place chocolate chips and whipping cream. Fill 1-quart saucepan with water; place glass bowl on top of saucepan. Heat water to boiling. Stir chips and cream until melted.
  • Transfer melted chocolate mixture to large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Cut off small bottom corner of bag. Drizzle chocolate mixture over toasted marshmallow centers of each cookie. Let stand until chocolate is cool and slightly firm before serving or storing.
