Hot Chicken Queso Nacho Dip Recipes
OUTRAGEOUS WARM CHICKEN NACHO DIP
This is my jazzed up version of classic queso dip taken to a heartier level, perfect for football games, tailgating or for taking along to pot lucks in a slow cooker! This is a serious crowd-pleaser that is served hot as a dip, spooned over crisp tortilla chips nacho-style, or rolled up in a warm flour tortilla! The heat can be turned up or down with the addition of jalapenos to taste.

Steps:
- Place the diced tomatoes, processed cheese, chicken meat, sour cream, green onion, taco seasoning, and jalapeno pepper into a slow cooker. Cook on High, stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot, 1 to 2 hours. Stir in the black beans, and cook 15 more minutes to reheat.

- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together the chicken, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream cheese and cream of chicken soup. Cook 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the dip begins to thicken.

HOT CHICKEN NACHO DIP (YOU WON'T WANT TO SHARE!!)
This dish is served at a local restaurant that refused to give out the recipe. Well, I ate enough of it and through some pretty thorough taste testing have duplicated it exactly. This does not last long at all. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Marinate chicken in Dale Sauce or other marinade for at least one hour in fridge.
- Drain.
- Fry until cooked in hot skillet.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with all of the sour cream.
- Place in a 9X13 pan or other casserole pan and top with black olives, top with mushrooms.
- Top this with both cheeses.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 Degrees or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions and serve immediately with thick tortilla chips.
- This could be the best nacho dip in the world!

HOT CHICKEN QUESO-NACHO DIP
I wanted a hot dip w/ some spice to it and had extra chicken in the fridge, and came up w/ this. It's great for game day, or anytime you want a spicy, hot dip that's full of flavor. I serve w/ baked tortilla chips or nacho chips. You can even serve w/ some fresh cut veggies!

- Place all ingredients, except black beans into a slow-cooker. Cover, cook on high, for 1-1/2-2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
- Make sure that all the cheese is melted and dip is hot. Stir in beans. Cook additional 15 mins, stirring gently. Serve w/ baked tortilla chips, or nacho chips, or even fresh veggies.
