Steps:
- Stir marshmallow creme until smooth. Just before serving, layer marshmallow creme and pudding in small bowl. Swirl through layers, using tip of knife. Serve dip with cookies, fruits and pretzels.

Steps:
- Place the marshmallows in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set up.
- Briefly return the candy to the refrigerator to set the white chocolate before serving.

"Sweetened condensed milk is the creamy basis for this velvety dip. Use your imagination when choosing dippers." This recipe is taken from the $7 a Meal Slow Cooker Cookbook. I have to return this to the library so am posting for future reference since it sounds delicious.

Steps:
- In 2 quart slow cooker, combine condensed milk, chocolate chips and baking chocolate.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, then stir.
- Continue to cook another 1-2 hours, as necessary to melt chocolate and the mixture is a smooth consistency.
- Stir in marshmallow creme and blend.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dippers.

- Using a Stand Mixer with the whisk attachment or a Hand Mixer, whip the heavy cream for 2-3 minutes until it becomes a very fluffy, whipped cream. Gradually work your way from a lower speed to a higher one when the cream is liquid to a higher one as it begins to stiffen. If using thawed Cool Whip, just add it with all the ingredients in Step 2
- Then, add in the softened cream cheese, Marshmallow Fluff, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. On the Stand Mixer, swap out the whisk attachment for the paddle attachment and start on a lower speed and work your way to a higher one until well combined
- Transfer to a serving dish, cover with a lid or foil and place in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours to chill (overnight is great too)
- Just before serving, top with the mini marshmallows and, using a culinary torch, carefully flame the top so the marshmallows become toasty!
