CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Combine the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
• Mix the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and the chopped nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
• Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.

CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING DESSERT

Steps:

• Pour heavy cream into a small bowl and stir in liqueur.
• Using a slotted spoon, dip each cookie into the cream mixture, allow to drain slightly and place in serving bowl. Continue dipping until you have a full layer of cookies in the bowl. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over the cookies. Repeat this process until all the cookies are gone. Cover the entire dessert with Cool Whip and sprinkle top with crumbs from the cookies or with chocolate chips.
• Chill for 3-4 hrs or overnight. Spoon out to serve.

THE ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT

Steps:

• Mix first layer ingredients together and spread into a 9x13-inch pan.
• Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.
• Cool.
• Mix together second layer and spread onto cooled first layer.
• Mix together third layer and spread on and refrigerate.
• Top with softened Cool Whip just before serving.
