4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 cups chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Chop 8 oz. chocolate; set aside. Microwave remaining chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add butter; stir until melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts. (Note: If omitting nuts, increase flour to 3/4 cup to prevent excessive spreading of cookie dough as cookies bake.)
  • Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 12 to 13 min. or until cookies are puffed and shiny. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Beat first four ingredients until blended. Add vanilla; beat in eggs one at a time. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture (dough will be sticky). Stir in chocolate chips., Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with a glass. , Bake cookies until set and tops are cracked, 8-10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool.

1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or use cookie scoop) and place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly because they do not flatten much while cooking.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Chop 8 oz. chocolate coarsely; set aside. Microwave remaining chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add butter; stir until melted. Add peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla; stir until blended. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts.

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 bag peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Coarsely chop 8 oz. chocolate; set aside. Microwave remaining 8 oz. chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, peanut butter, butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla; stir with wooden spoon until well blended. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  • DROP rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
  • BAKE 12 to 14 minutes or until cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • TIP: to freeze, wrap cooled cookies in plastic wrap; place in airtight container or freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 1 month. Thaw cookies at room temperature before serving.

1/4 cup unsalted butter (56 grams)
1/4 cup milk (60 milliliters)
1 cup sugar (200 grams)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (22 grams)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (140 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (135 grams)
2 tablespoons ground flax seed (12 grams)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, milk, sugar and cocoa and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until uniform. Add the oats, flax seed and salt and stir well to combine.
  • Immediately drop about 24 rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets and allow the cookies to cool and set for about 15 minutes. The cookies will keep in a sealed container at room temperature for 1 week. If you'd like a chewier cookie, store in the fridge.

2 cups chopped semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the corn syrup, water, and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture. Fold in chocolate chunks. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, sugar, and butter until smooth. Beat in egg. Gradually add flour mixture, beating to combine.
  • Pinch off dough by the tablespoon; roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Using a fork, press balls in a crisscross pattern, flattening to a 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Bake cookies, rotating halfway through, until lightly golden, 18 to 22 minutes. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
