Mixed with cream cheese and sprinkled with bacon, these mashed sweet potatoes make any meal a special occasion.

2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

Steps:

Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until tender.
Drain potatoes; return to pan. Mash until smooth. Add cream cheese spread; stir until melted.
Sprinkle with bacon.
