CHOCOLATE CHIPPERS
These Chocolate Chippers are a new way to make classic Chocolate Chip cookies with chunks of chocolate.

Steps:
- Cream shortening, sugars, egg, and vanilla till light and fluffy.
- Sift together dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture; blend well.
- Add chocolate chips and stir them into the dough.
- Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove cookies from the cookie sheet immediately and place them on a wire rack to cool.

- Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir together softened butter and egg. Stir in cookie mix until soft dough forms.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.

- In a small bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. , Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 11-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl whisk together the olive oil, sugar, honey, egg and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients into the wet in 3 stages. Stir in the chocolate.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto a non-stick sheet tray per cookie. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt and bake 8-10 minutes or until the cookie is set and beginning to brown around the edges. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes before serving. Once completely cooled you can store the cookies in an airtight container.

- Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Mix together flour, oat flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Stir in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts (if using).
- Drop by 1 1/2" balls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 6-10 minutes.
- NOTE: If you want your cookies to spread out a bit more, flatten them a bit before baking.
- Cookies will be soft but will firm up a bit after cooling.

CLIPPER CHIPPERS

Steps:
- With an electric mixer, cream the butter, sugar, vanilla, Frangelico and Tia Maria until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and beat well.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually stir the flour into the butter mixture using a large kitchen sppon.
- PLACE IN STORAGE CONTAINER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Scoop one teaspoon of cookie dough for each cookie onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve while warm.
- Helpful hint: The dough may be refrigerated up to several days in advance. It also freezes well for future use.
