CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE
This casserole got me and my family our '10 minutes of fame'. It was entered in the "News Channel 7 Kitchen Recipes" and I had 6 news crew members here at my home eating it! Not only is it easy to make, it is truly delicious, too! Serve with a fresh green salad if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Layer the deboned chicken meat in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the chicken layer.
- In a large bowl mix together the soups, broth and evaporated milk. Stir well. Pour this mixture over the stuffing mix, making sure it gets to the bottom of the baking dish (poke around with a fork to let it saturate into the bottom layer). Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until it starts to bubble in the center.

A former coworker named Maggie brought this delicious casserole to work one day. One bite and I was hooked! Definitely not low cal, but true comfort food!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in a 13x9 pan.
- Sprinkle with 3/4 of the package of dry stuffing mix.
- Evenly sprinkle chicken over stuffing.
- Mix sour cream, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and the seasonings from stuffing mix.
- Pour evenly over chicken.
- Sprinkle with remaining dry stuffing mix.
- Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
CREAMY CHICKEN AND STOVE-TOP STUFFING CASSEROLE
This recipe is the ultimate comfort food when paired with buttery mashed potatoes, corn or green beans, and hot rolls. Wash it all down with a tall icy cold glass of milk!

Steps:
- Oven@ 350.
- Cook chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Place into a casserole dish.
- Prepare Stove Top according to directions.
- Heat both cans of soup with the milk in a saucepan until hot.
- Pour over chicken.
- Spoon stuffing over top of chicken and soup.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
CHICKEN "STUFF" CASSEROLE
A friend of mine gave me this recipe and called it Chicken @#$%. I call it stuff as this is a public forum. Well for @#$% it is great. A simple and tasty all in one casserole dinner. Can be made from fresh or leftovers and the results are the same...mmmm mmmmm good. This is the basic and original recipe from Gail (southern gal). Very budget friendly!! Steps:
- pour soup and milk into casserole dish at least 2 qt size, blend together.
- add in rice, stir.
- add in chicken, pepper to taste.
- pat with Tbsp of butter or margarine.
- bake covered at 350 for 45 min-60 minute.
- enjoy with a salad or green vegetable.
- FROM LEFTOVERS:.
- add coked chicken, cooked rice, cooked veggies and soup and milk mixture to casserole dish and microwave on medium til hot. Depends on the wattage of your microwave.
- In the oven, do above and then reheat at 350 covered for 30 min or until hot.

- Feel free to add in any added flavors or ingredients to suit your taste. The original recipe is from Gail, I have added all of the above at different times to change things up a it.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix chicken, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, sour cream and milk. Season well with salt and pepper. Fold in cheese and green onions. Spoon mixture evenly into dish.
- Make cornbread mix as directed on pouch, substituting cream style corn for the milk and adding the egg and melted butter. Spread evenly over chicken mixture.
