Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 Ritz Cracker packages, divided
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can English peas, drained
1 can cut carrots, drained

Steps:

Boil chicken and shred. Crush 1 package Ritz crackers on bottom of baking dish. Add chicken.
Mix soups and sour cream and pour on top of the chicken. Add peas and carrots. Crush the other package of Ritz crackers on top.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Ingredients

1 (2 1/2-3 lb) roasting chickens, cut up
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup flour
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup water
Crisco (for frying)

Steps:

Combine all Seasoned Flour Mixand set aside.
Combine Batter ingredients.
Heat Crisco to 365°F.
Moisten chicken pieces. Dip in seasoned flour, then batter, then back in seasoned flour. Fry for 15 to 18 minutes or until well browned. Drain on paper towels.
