I have a friend, George, who is an amazing cook. We sit by the phone waiting for a dinner invite from him. We went and had this delicious chicken at his house, and I was so amazed at how easy it was to fix. We're having it tonight for dinner! enjoy!

Ingredients

4 medium boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c ranch dressing (can be low fat also!)
2 tsp flour
1/4 c each, parmesan cheese and grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ranch dressing, flour together. I use a small plastic container that I got when i purchased lunch meat at the grocery store.
2. Dredge chicken breast in mixture, and place in 9x13 pan, or stoneware, and repeat. sprinkle the grated cheeses on top.
3. place in oven, bake for 35-45 minutes until juices run clear. cheese on top should be slightly browned. I serve with salad and vegetables. Delicious and so so easy! Kids love this recipe too!@

1 jar (8 ounce) Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 drops Tabasco sauce, or to taste

Steps:

Mix until well blended. Refrigerate at least 8 hrs before serving.

1/3 cup vegetable oil, divided
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut up

Steps:

In a large saucepan, saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil until tender. Add the ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. , Meanwhile, brown chicken on all sides in remaining oil over medium-high heat. Drain chicken and transfer to a 13x9-in. baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-60 minutes or until juices run clear.
