Top a ready-to-use pizza crust with chicken breast and crumbled feta for an exceptionally hearty pie with the flavor of Greece.

1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped
1 tomato, halved, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Place crust on baking sheet; spread with oil. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup mozzarella.
  • Top with chicken, tomatoes, feta and remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

A basic throw-together pizza. This doesn't call for pizza sauce, but one could be used if desired. Goes well with an Italian Herb thin crust, a Lemon Mint thin crust, as well as a Scallion thin crust.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken (1/2 breast)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 -1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
green bell pepper, to taste (sliced or diced)
red onion, to taste (sliced or diced)
2 -3 Italian plum tomatoes, seeded and sliced
mint or oregano, to taste

Steps:

  • Lightly brush dough with olive oil.
  • Layer remaining ingredients in order given.
  • Season with fresh or dried herbs to taste.

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 ounces tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Gently pound chicken with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick; remove wax paper. Place 1 ounce of feta cheese in the center of each chicken breast, and fold in half.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons bread crumbs in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange chicken in the dish, and top with remaining bread crumbs.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
