Beat in milk with whisk until mostly smooth; mixture may still be slightly lumpy. 3 Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into sixths. Gently stir into cream cheese mixture; stir in chicken and ham. Spoon into baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. 4 Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and biscuits are baked through. Sprinkle with green onions.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 7x11 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on top of each breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with a toothpick. Place in baking dish, and sprinkle chicken evenly with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven, and place 1/2 cheese slice on top of each breast. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove toothpicks, and serve immediately.

BUBBLE UP CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
Found on Pinterest. I make a recipe similar with pizza sauce/pepperoni- so thought the Alfredo/chicken/ham combo would be good. I changed it slightly from the Pinterest post by adding a touch of Italian seasoning. It got a thumbs up from the family- so it wins!

- Heat oven to 375.
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
- In a big bowl, add the Alfredo sauce and mix in the Italian Seasoning.
- Cut the biscuits into 1/4ths and add to the bowl.
- Add the diced ham and chicken and 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese.
- Toss it all together and pour into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake 10 minutes more, until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare stuffing mixes according to package directions. Meanwhile, whisk together soup and milk. , Toss chicken with pepper; divide between 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Layer with ham, Swiss cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, soup mixture and stuffing. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese., Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
