Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Pound chicken flat until about 1/2" thick.
- Place chicken into a greased 11"x7" baking dish.
- Spread the sour cream over the chicken.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the breadcrumbs, herbs, salt, and pepper, then mix until combined.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture over the chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until cooked through.

- Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Add the chicken to the sour cream mixture and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray (about 9 x 13-inches or any other size dish that comfortably holds your chicken).
- Remove the chicken from the sour cream mixture and place in the prepared baking dish. Discard marinade.
- In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press buttered cracker crumbs on top of each chicken breast. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish or casserole dish with olive oil.
- Mix together sour cream with a 1/2 cup of Parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Lay your chicken breasts in baking dish, top each with mozzarella cheese. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken in the casserole dish
- Top with remaining Parmesan. Cook for 1 hour, or until internal temp of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
- Garnish with parsley.

- 1. Place the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium to low heat. Melt the butter, place chicken breast in skillet and brown on both sides, remove from skillet to a platter.
- 2. Place the chopped onion, sweet red peppers and minced garlic in the skillet and saute until onion is translucent and peppers are tender. Add paprika and blend together.
- 3. Add chicken broth to the skillet and place chicken breasts in pan to cook covered for 25 minutes or till chicken is tender. Note, using cut up chicken parts ( bone in) will increase the simmering time to about 45 minutes.
- 4. Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm. Blend the sour cream and flour together, whisk into the liquid in the skillet and cook until thickened, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken. Serve.

- To Marinate: In a large nonporous glass dish or bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well. - Pound the chicken to 1/4" thick.
- Dredge chicken in flour w/salt& pepper.
- Combine butter& oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Saute chicken for 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove when lightly browned on both sides.
- Add more oil or butter if needed.
- Saute garlic, shallots, and mushrooms.
- Add vinegar.
- Add sugar, seasonings and tomato paste.
- Scrape all brown bits from pan and mix in with the sauce.
