1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

Beat with the egg with the milk. Combine flour and seasonings.
Dredge the chicken breasts in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg mixture, then again in flour.
Combine the butter and vegetable oil in a saute pan. Heat, then cook coated chicken breasts until golden brown and the.
