Steps:
- Lay out sheets of parchment paper on 3 large cookies sheets or directly on a flat surface.
- In a large bowl, combine the Cheerios, Chex, peanuts, pretzels and M&M's.
- Over a double boiler, melt the chocolate and oil, stirring occasionally, until completely smooth. OR, in a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and oil on low heat, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
- Pour melted chocolate over Chex mix and stir to coat. Spread mix onto prepared parchment to dry. Break Chex mix into smaller pieces after completely cooled.

- Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Break white chocolate into small pieces into medium microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring after each minute, or until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Spread on paper-lined cookie sheet to 1/4-inch thickness, about a 13x9-inch rectangle.
- Immediately top with snack mix; press into melted chocolate. Let stand about 1 hour, or refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm. Break into 2-inch pieces. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Everyone loves Chex mix and this delicious White Chocolate Chex Party Mix is always a hit at family parties or as gifts for friends in your favorite holiday tin. It is super easy and makes a lot.

Steps:
- In a VERY large bowl (or two medium bowls), combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat white chips and oil on high for 60 seconds (you could also melt chocolate and oil in a double boiler pan). Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds and stir until completely melted and smooth (you may need to microwave for a couple more seconds). Pour melted chocolate over cereal mix and stir until all the cereal is evenly covered with white chocolate. Spread cereal mix on 2 large baking sheets (I used cookie sheets) lined with wax paper. Let cool and then break apart into chunks.
- Store in an air tight container.

- In a large bowl mix together all ingediants, except white chocolate chips and oil.
- In a glass bowl mix together white chocolate chips and oil.
- Microwave white chocolate and oil for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir white chocolate luntil completely melted.
- Pour melted white chocolate over chex mix.
- Mix very well, until all chex mix ix coated.
- Spread coated chex mix in a single lay on wax paper or tin foil.
- Let harden.
- Break up and store in an air tight container.
- ENJOY!
