CRUNCHY ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the cereal, brown sugar, peanuts and coconut. Drizzle with butter; stir until combined. , Press half of the mixture into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Cut ice cream into 3/4-in.-thick slices; arrange evenly over crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture; press down lightly. Cover and freeze until serving.

CHEX ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• 1. Bring brown sugar and butter to barely a boil and poor over cereal. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan and reserve some for the top. Take ice cream cut into slabs and place over cereal crust. Put remaining crumbs on top. Freeze.

CEREAL ICE CREAM DESSERT SQUARES

Steps:

• Mix together the above ingredients except the ice cream.
• Reserve 1 1/2 cups of mixture for topping.
• Pat the remaining mixture into bottom of a greased 9x13" pan.
• Spread 1/2 gallon of softened ice cream on the cereal mixture in pan.
• Sprinkle the 1 1/2 cups reserved cereal mixture on top of ice cream.
• Cover and freeze several hours, or overnight.
• Cut into squares.
