Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set fruit aside. In a saucepan or microwave, bring pineapple juice and water to a boil. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Stir in pie filling and cola. , Pour into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in reserved pineapple. Refrigerate until firm.

This tempting gelatin salad has a big cherry flavor and a fun zing from the cola. My two small children are always happy to see this salad on the table. We think it tastes great with or without the whipped topping.

- Put in Mixing bowl and add cream cheese, fruit, and nuts.

- In a medium sauce pan bring water and pineapple juice to a low boil.Remove from heat and add jello gelatin powder stirring until completely dissolved.

- Combine celery, pecans, cherries, pineapple, and, if desired, coconut in a bowl. Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and fluffy; add fruit mixture to cream cheese, stirring well.
