1-1/2 cups uncooked whole wheat penne pasta
3/4 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions, optional

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Drain pasta; add to meat mixture. , Stir in the tomatoes, relish, mustard, ketchup, steak seasoning and seasoned salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. , Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions if desired.

Here's what you need: ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, beef broth, fusilli pasta, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, green onion

1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
4 cups beef broth
16 oz fusilli pasta
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
green onion, sliced, to serve

Steps:

  • In a large pot over a medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Break up the beef to incorporate the seasonings and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and one cup of water and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the pasta and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked throughout and the broth has cooked down, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in the milk and cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve garnished with some sliced green onions
  • Enjoy!

1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups 2% milk
1-1/4 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons ground mustard
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, drained
4 green onions, chopped
3 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain., Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon; pour off drippings., In same pan, melt butter over low heat; stir in flour until smooth. Cook and stir until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes (do not burn). Gradually whisk in milk, broth, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5 minutes., Stir in green onions, pasta and beef; heat through. Stir in half of the cheeses until melted. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; remove from heat. Let stand, covered, until melted.

8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
1 pound ground beef
6 bacon strips, diced
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Barbecue sauce and prepared mustard, optional

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and set aside. , In the same skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain. 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or Healthy Request®)
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups uncooked medium shell-shaped pasta

Steps:

  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the soups, water and pasta in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring often.
  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with carrot & celery sticks with ranch dressing for dipping. For dessert serve store-bought brownies topped with vanilla ice cream.

COMFORTING CHEESEBURGER PASTA

This is a great quick and easy recipe to throw together it makes a great mid week meal and the kids love it, it is also very inexpensive and becuase there is not much work to do. You can make it when you get home from work wothout the fuss. All in all it takes about 30 minutes from start to finish with this one .

500 g ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (400 g) can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup packed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup gruyere
2 -3 tablespoons parmesan cheese or 2 -3 tablespoons gruyere, extra to sprinkle over the top
3 cups uncooked medium pasta shells

Steps:

  • Bring some water to boil in a large pan, add a little olive oil and cook pasta al dente, you do not want it to be to soft as there is extra cooking in the oven.
  • Brown beef in a pan, remove and wipe pan clean, heat a small amount of oil in pan add onion cook until onion softens.
  • Retuen beef to pan with soup, water, garlic, parsley, oregano and cheeses stir to combine and continuing stirring until all the cheese has melted. Stir in pasta.
  • Transfer mixture to an oven proof dish, sprinkle with parmesan and gruyere cheese. Bake in a 180°c oven until top browns about 8 Min's.
  • Serves 4-6 depending on appetites, it will keep a couple of days in the fridge so the leftovers make a good quick lunch you can reheat in the microwave.

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 large red onion, chopped
12 ounces uncooked spiral pasta
4 cups chicken broth
2 cans (15 ounces each) crushed tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 cup chopped dill pickle
Optional: Chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced pickles and sliced red onion

Steps:

  • In a 6-quart stockpot, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, 6-8 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings. , In the same pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain.
