Of course, you can add any kind of cheese you like, as well as any cooked breakfast meats or cooked vegetables. I personally like to add some bacon bits and a few canned (and drained) mushrooms to my frittata. =^..^=

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a deep-dish 10" pie dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Beat the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together with a wire whisk.
- 3. Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- 4. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dish is cooked through. Serve hot.
POTATO-CHEDDAR FRITTATA
Steps:
- Preheat broiler. In a large bowl, whisk the first 8 ingredients. In a 10-in. cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes with onion; cook and stir until tender, 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat; pour in egg mixture. Cook, covered, until nearly set, 5-7 minutes., Broil 3-4 in. from heat until eggs are completely set, 2-3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.

- Preheat oven to 425°. Place potatoes in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Drain. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, water, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and pepper; set aside., In a 10-in. cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, saute zucchini, onion and potatoes in butter and oil until tender. Reduce heat. Pour 1-1/2 cups egg mixture into skillet. Arrange half of the tomatoes over top; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining egg mixture, tomatoes and cheese., Bake, uncovered, until eggs are completely set, 12-15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and additional cheddar cheese. Cut into wedges.

- Saute onions until dark golden brown.
- Place 8 silicone muffin cups in round baking pan.
- Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Blend eggs and egg whites.
- Place cheese in the bottom of the muffin cups.
- Place onions on top of cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over onions (to about 3/4 full).
- Add seasonings to each cup (careful with garlic!).
- Place pan with muffin cups on 4" rack in NuWave.

- Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots in a microwave-safe steamer; add water. Microwave vegetables until they are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Drain off water.
