2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 lb. frozen pizza dough, thawed
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese Expertly Paired for Pizza
12 slices pepperoni
1/2 cup cooked crumbled Italian sausage
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup each chopped green peppers and onions

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 500°F.
  • Brush 1 Tbsp. oil onto bottom and up side of 12-inch cast-iron skillet.
  • Pat dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured work surface. Lightly press dough onto bottom and up side of skillet. Spread pizza sauce onto dough on bottom of skillet; top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Brush edge of crust with remaining oil. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

Number Of Ingredients 19

1 tbsp. Yeast
1 tsp. Sugar
⅓ c. warm Water
1c. warm Water
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 ½ c. Flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
½ tsp. Oregano
⅛ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ c. Coconut Oil, melted
½ c. Mrs. Miller's Pasta Sauce
1 lb. fried sausage
Desired amount sliced fresh pepper
Desired amount of green onion
Desired amount of mushrooms
3 c. shredded mozzarella
1 - 8 oz. pkg. pepperoni
2 tbsp. shredded parmesan

Steps:

  • Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water together and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Add all Part 2 ingredients to the Part 1 yeast mixture and mix approx. 5 min., or until dough is smooth and elastic to touch.
  • Begin to knead dough, add approximately 1 ½ c. more flour, or until dough is elastic.
  • Let rise, covered, until double in size; approximately 30 minutes.
  • Next, flatten the dough and it is ready to use!
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the melted coconut oil into a large cast iron pizza pan.
  • To the side, roll the pizza dough into a size slightly larger than your pan.
  • Transfer the dough to your pan and "press" it to fit.
  • Spread the sauce onto the dough and add sausage and veggies.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, remove from oven and add mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni, and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes, approximately.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound frozen store-bought pizza dough, thawed and risen
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce
1/2 cup pepperoni
4 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
1/4 cup torn fresh basil

Steps:

  • Place a 12-inch cast-iron skillet in the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F.
  • Meanwhile, roll or stretch the dough into a 14-inch circle. Carefully remove the skillet from the oven. Drizzle two thirds of the olive oil into the skillet, then carefully transfer the dough to the skillet, pressing the dough up the edges. Spread the sauce over the dough, making sure to get all the way to the edges. Shingle the pepperoni over the sauce and top with the mozzarella pearls. Brush the exposed dough with the remaining olive oil. Bake on the bottom rack until golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes.
  • Transfer to a cutting board, top with torn basil, cut into slices and serve.
