Try this classic gin cocktail recipe, made with lemon, maraschino, and orange bitters. The Casino is essentially an Aviation without the Crème de violette.

Yield Makes 1 cocktail

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. London Dry gin
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. maraschino liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: Luxardo cherry

Steps:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until well chilled. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and add cherry.
