CARRIE'S BEAUTIFUL BREAD (ABM)
I tinkered & messed with this recipe until I got it right. It bakes up high and light and just..well..Beautiful! I dont have good luck baking my bread in my machine, so I just make the dough in it and bake it in my regular oven. I hope you enjoy it! I do live at high altitude (6,000ft), which might have some effect on this.

Steps:
- Measure ingredients into your ABM in the order your manufacturere recommends.
- Set on light or medium setting to your preference.
- You can also make just dough with your ABM and bake in your oven or freeze the dough after the first rise in any shape you like.
- Bake in a conventional oven at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
MINT AND YOGURT BREAD ABM
This healthy bread is high protein and bright and minty with a hint of lemon. I know it sounds odd, however it it quite tasty. Great for an afternoon tea.

OH MY GARLIC! BREAD (ABM)
If you want to pinpoint any suspected vampires be sure to have this bread circulating at the next get together, it will do the trick better than Van Helsing. On the other hand if your a true garlic lover this one is for you. It makes a wicked grilled ham and cheese sandwich! The 10 min is just for the measuring and getting it into the machine, after that it's up to you and your bread maker and how you want to finish it. A beautiful braided loaf will take longer to make than letting it bake in the machine of instance.

- Set your machine for the Rapid, Delay, White or dough cycle and start.
- Add the herbs at the addition beep if you want them to remain reasonably whole.
- For the best flavor, serve this bread warm.
- If you choose the dough cycle you may shape it anyway you like, bale it on a standard 9x5 bread pan or shape the dough into buns for oven baking.

BEST WHITE BREAD (ABM)
The base for this recipe was originally from Allrecipes but I've changed the recipe to suit my breadmaker and taste. When I made my first loaf of this I couldn't believe I had made something that looked and tasted like a commercially produced loaf. NOTE: My ABM is older and takes 2 1/2 hours to do a dough cycle. The times include rising time also.

- Place the ingredients into your ABM in the order specified for your machine. Set it on the dough cycle.
- When the dough cycle has beeped, LEAVE the dough in the machine for another 30 minutes. It will continue to rise again.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C Grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan with butter.
- Tip out your dough onto a lightly floured work area and roll into a long rectangle, making sure the width is no wider than 9 inches and about 1/2 inch thick. It doesn't matter about the length. You will hear all the air bubbles popping as you roll.
- Once the air bubbles are gone, roll up, starting from one of the short ends. You may want to moisten the end of the dough to help seal it together.
- Place roll of dough, seam side down, tucking ends under, in your loaf pan.
- Leave to rise until doubled in size, approximately 30-40mins. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake 190C for 30 minutes or until the loaf sounds hollow when tapped with the handle of a knife.
- While loaf is hot brush with melted butter.
- Remove loaf from pan onto a cooling rack.
SALLY LUNN BREAD (ABM)
I got this recipe with the set of instructions when I got my bread machine. My ABM makes it in less than two hours. I usually take the dough out after the kneading has been done and continue with the baking process in a normal oven. This is very rich. Hubby loves it.

- Mix as per manufacturer's instructions.
- If you want to finish the baking process in a normal oven, take dough out of machine after the kneading has been done and before the proofing starts.
- Put it into a greased bowl and leave it until doubled in size.
- Take dough out of bowl. Punch it down. Roll dough into a 1-inch high oval, roll it up from the shorter side and pinch the seams together as you roll the dough up.
- Put dough into a 5 x 8 (or 9) inch loaf tin.
- When it has doubled in size, pop it into the pre-heated oven at 350F for about 45 minutes.
- When done, remove from tin and cool on a rack. A hollow sound when you tap the bottom indicates its doneness.
- Enjoy it on its own (I like it lightly toasted) or with Jam or PB.

EVERYDAY BREAD (FRENCH BREAD) ABM BREAD MACHINE
This is our everyday bread that we use for sandwiches and toast. It's dairy and egg free which makes it a favorite of mine - this also makes it safe to use the bread machine timer. This recipe makes a 2 pound loaf, but you can easily halve it for smaller machines.

Steps:
- Place all bread dough ingredients in bread machine and select dough cycle.
- When cycle is complete, remove dough and roll into a 12"x15" rectangle on a lightly floured board.
- Roll up from long side and pinch seam to seal.
- Fold ends under.
- Place seam side down on greased baking sheet that has been dusted with cornmeal.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes.
- Make 4 diagonal cuts with a sharp knife across top of bread.
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
- Beat egg white and water; remove bread from oven and brush with egg wash.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes.

This is a recipe I developed from lots of trial and error. I just kept experimenting with my bread maker. This same dough makes beautiful dinner rolls as well.

- Place ingredients in bread maker following your manufacturers guidelines.
- Personally I only mix it up in the bread maker. When it is done proofing I turn it out onto a floured surface shape it and place it in a greased (cooking spray) loaf pan. Let rise for approx 1 hour, til doubled. I bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
