CARAMEL MUDSLIDE PIE
Irish crème and coffee-flavored liqueurs are added to this decadent, no-bake caramel-drizzled ice cream pie.

Steps:
- Place 20 of the sandwich cookies in food processor. Cover; process, using quick on-and-off motions, until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter. Cover; process until combined. Press mixture in bottom and up side of ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Freeze 15 minutes.
- In large bowl, mix ice cream and both liqueurs until combined. Spoon into crust. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove pie from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Meanwhile, crush remaining 6 sandwich cookies. Cut pie into 8 slices. Garnish each slice with dollop of whipped cream; drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with crushed cookies.

CARAMEL MUDSLIDE
Steps:
- Add caramel sauce to a small saucer and dip glass rim in it. Be sure not to miss any places.
- Add the salt or sugar to another small saucer and dip the glass rim in it after you dipped it in the caramel. Fill glasses half way with ice.
- Add ice to a shaker, then add Irish cream, coffee liqueur and vodka. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass and serve.

Steps:
- Put two small tumblers in the fridge to chill overnight. Put 30g of the chocolate in a shallow bowl and melt in the microwave in short bursts. Dip the rim of the chilled glasses in the melted chocolate, then stand them upright so it gradually drips down the sides. Return to the fridge until you're ready to serve.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then pour in the coffee-flavoured liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur and double cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
- Put a few ice cubes in the prepared glasses, then strain in the cocktail. Finely grate over the remaining chocolate and serve with a paper straw.
