Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350^. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan. Set aside.
- 2. Combine the next 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth , about 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 3. Combine the next 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Add eggs, mix well. Add cream cheese mixture, mix well. Stir in noodles.Spoon into prepared pan.
- 4. Topping: Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Spoon apple mixture over noodle mixture, gently pat apples into noodles.
- 5. Combine corn flakes, melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl; sprinkle over apples. Bake for one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. To serve, cut into desired pieces, serve warm -drizzled with caramel apple dip.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Beat cream cheese and brown sugar together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; beat in cottage cheese, egg, egg whites, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined. Fold noodles and apples into cheese mixture by hand; spread into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until kugel is lightly browned and firm, 45 to 50 minutes.

- Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Stir melted butter and noodles in a large bowl.
- Mix apples, egg yolks, sugar, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into noodle mixture until well blended.
- Beat egg whites in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the egg whites should form a sharp peak that holds its shape.
- Fold egg whites into noodle mixture; pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 40 minutes.
