- In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels and nuts. In a small saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. , Spread into 2 greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Stir; bake 6 minutes longer. Transfer to waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Cool completely. Store in airtight containers.

- Measure out all the cereal in a large microwaveable bowl and set aside. In medium saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, applesauce, corn syrup and salt. Melt over medium heat, then bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Allow to boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal and mix until coated. Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring after each minute. Add toffee bits and stir to distribute. Spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet to cool. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate in the microwave in 20 second increments, stirring after each, until able to drizzle. Drizzle white chocolate over Chex mix. Place in the fridge for a few minutes to allow chocolate to set. Break apart and serve.

- In a large greased roasting pan, combine the popcorn, cereals and peanuts; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup; bring to a rolling boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Cook, without stirring, until mixture turns a medium amber color, about 8 minutes. , Remove from the heat; quickly stir in vanilla and baking soda until mixture is light and foamy. Immediately pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. , Bake at 250° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread mixture onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Cool completely. Store in airtight containers.

- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine rice and corn cereal squares, pretzels, and peanuts in a large bowl; stir to combine. Whisk butter, brown sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl; drizzle over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
- Whisk together white sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over cereal mixture; toss again to thoroughly coat. Add cereal mixture to the baking sheet, and spread out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in caramels, and store in an airtight container.
