Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
2 (10 ounce) soup cans milk
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 red pepper, diced (may substitute any color pepper)
4 green onions, chopped
3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

Steps:

Mix soup, milk, salsa, red pepper and green onion in 2 litre saucepan.
Heat to boiling, then simmer about 5 minutes.
Add chicken and heat through.
Serve individual bowls with sour cream if desired.

2 (10.75 ounce) cans Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 (10.75 ounce) cans milk
1 ½ cups Pace® Picante Sauce
1 medium green or red pepper, finely chopped
4 medium (4-1/8" long)s green onions, sliced
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
¼ cup sour cream

Steps:

Heat the soup, milk, picante sauce, pepper and onions in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir the chicken in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with the sour cream.
