This is a refreshing drink after I work in the garden or after a long walk. I'll drink this for breakfast. It's very filling as well. You can add additional fruit if you like, I like to add crushed pineapple. Sometimes I omit the ice and use frozen strawberries.

I lived in California most of my life, so my heart's there. This is a fantastic drink! Great for any time, like now! You and substitute low, or no fat yogurt. Time includes freezer time. For variety, change juices and flavors of yogurt.
