CAKE MIX APPLE-SPICE COOKIES
Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ spice cake mix does double duty as a cookie mix in this recipe. Fresh chopped apple adds a bit of autumn snap to these harvest-time treats.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together cake mix, oil and eggs until combined and dough forms. Stir in chopped apple.
- Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove cookies from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting on High 10 seconds. Drizzle melted frosting over cooled cookies.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Beat cake mix, eggs, and oil together in a bowl to form a thick batter. Fold raisins and walnuts into the batter; drop by large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until no longer moist on the tops, 9 to 12 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine the cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir together until combined. Add in any additional mix in's if desired. If you have the time, refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes (it will make it a little easier to work with, since it is sticky).
- Using a medium scoop or spoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking mat. Roll the dough balls in cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the cookies are set. You don’t want them to brown. Allow to cool on the pan for a couple minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
