CAJUN CHICKEN WRAPS RECIPE
Delicious chicken wraps with cajun flare!

Steps:
- Slice the onion and red bell pepper.
- Slice the chicken breast. (It's partially cooked in this photo, but you should use a raw breast)
- Slice the lettuce and chop the tomatoes.
- In a skillet, cook the peppers, onions, and chicken in oil in a large skillet. Season with salt and cajun spices as you cook.
- Lay out a tortilla.
- Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, and the chicken mixture from the pay over the tortilla.
- Roll up the wrap.
- Slice in half.
- Serve.

CAJUN CHICKEN WRAP RECIPE
This cajun chicken wrap recipe is perfect for meal prep! Ready in under 20 minutes, packed full of veggies, and SO delicious for lunches or dinners!

Steps:
- Cook Chicken - Heat olive oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, and sprinkle with 1 ½ tablespoons of cajun seasoning. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes, until cooked through.
- Sautée Veggies - Remove the chicken from the pan and place in a clean bowl. Add the bell pepper and onion to the pan, sprinkling with another 1 ½ tablespoons of cajun seasoning. Cook for 5 or so minutes, until slightly softened.Add the tomatoes to the pan, cook for 1 minute until soft. Add back the chicken, toss everything up, then remove from the heat.
- Portion - (For meal prep only)- Divide between four 2-cup capacity storage containers.
- Serve - When you are ready to serve, spoon heated filling into wraps or tortillas and enjoy!

CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP
This is a quick and easy lunch - chicken Caesar wraps are one of my favorites! If you don't already have croutons, whip up a batch in the oven in just a few quick minutes. Homemade croutons make this wrap extra tasty.

Steps:
- Place bacon slice in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slice on paper towels, cool slightly, and crumble.
- Combine bacon, lettuce, shredded chicken, croutons, dressing, and Parmesan cheese for the filling a a bowl. Toss gently to combine and everything is evenly coated with dressing. Adjust dressing amount to your personal preference - for me 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons is about right.
- Warm tortilla in the microwave for about 15 seconds to make it more pliable.
- Lay filling ingredients down the center, and roll your wrap up! Enjoy!
