"This is a great no-guilt recipe. I sometimes substitute ground turkey," explains Rachel Riccomini of Saint Marys, Kansas. "To make it even lighter, omit the rolls and use the burgers to top a salad!"

1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound ground chicken
2 hamburger buns, split
1/4 cup torn romaine
4 teaspoons fat-free creamy Caesar salad dressing

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the onion, 1 tablespoon cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble chicken over mixture and mix well. Shape into two patties., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. , Serve on buns with romaine and salad dressing.

Bottled Caesar dressing in and all around the burgers is the flavor secret to this great grilled burger.

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
1 small sweet onion, cut into 1/4- to 1/2-inch slices
1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
4 burger buns, split

Steps:

  • Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix beef, parsley, 2 tablespoons of the dressing and the peppered seasoned salt. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F. Add onion slices to grill for last 8 to 10 minutes of cooking, brushing with 2 tablespoons of the dressing and turning once, until crisp-tender.
  • In small bowl, toss lettuce, remaining 1/4 cup dressing and the cheese. Layer lettuce mixture, burger and onion in each bun.

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
2 cups loosely packed torn romaine lettuce
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
4 hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat, garlic and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with mozzarella; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Toss lettuce with 2 Tbsp. dressing and remaining Parmesan. Fill buns with lettuce mixture, burgers and remaining dressing.

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 slices red onion
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 hamburger buns, split
2 cups torn romaine
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing, divided

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill on an indoor grill coated with cooking spray until juices run clear, 4-5 minutes. Grill onion slices until tender, 4-5 minutes., Meanwhile, spread butter over cut sides of buns. Place buttered side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat until golden brown, about 1 minute. , Toss romaine with cheese and 1/4 cup dressing; spoon onto bun bottoms. Top with onions, chicken and remaining dressing. Replace bun tops.

This makes a very moist, delicious burger. Don't leave out the anchovy paste, it really adds a lot of flavor.

1 egg
2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
4 kaiser rolls
lettuce, tomato,and sliced onions

Steps:

  • In a large bowl beat egg, add beef, half of the parmesan, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  • Mix lightly by hand.
  • Shape into four thick hamburger patties.
  • Grease grill, heat to medium high.
  • Place burgers on grill and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip burgers once and heat for another 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
  • In a small bowl whisk oil with garlic.
  • Cut Kaiser rolls in half, brush garlic oil on each cut side, place on grill and toast until golden brown.
  • Place burgers on rolls, sprinkle with remaining parmesan and top with lettuce, tomato and onion slices.

Pile chargrilled chicken, hard-boiled eggs and a creamy dressing onto burger buns for an easy and delicious dinner

2 skinless chicken breasts , halved lengthways
2 tsp olive oil
juice 1 lemon
4 bread rolls, cut in half
3 tbsp crème fraîche
2 hard-boiled eggs , sliced
1 Little Gem lettuce , chopped
punnet of salad cress , snipped
25g parmesan , shaved

Steps:

  • Heat a griddle pan over a high heat until smoking hot. While it's heating up, put the chicken pieces between 2 pieces of baking parchment and bash with a rolling pin to flatten. Unwrap the chicken and brush the pieces with olive oil.
  • Cook the chicken on the griddle pan until cooked through, turning once - this should take about 10 mins. Transfer the chicken to a plate, pour over a little of the lemon juice and season.
  • Put the rolls on the griddle pan, cut- side down, to lightly toast them. In a small bowl, stir together the crème fraîche and remaining lemon juice. Build your burgers with the chicken, egg slices, lettuce, a dollop of the crème fraîche mixture, the cress and Parmesan shavings.
