Steps:
- Line a 8x8 baking pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat combine butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips stirring frequently. Alternatively combine in a bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, reducing to 15 second increments until melted and combined stirring between.
- Allow to cool 5 minutes.
- Fold in miniature marshmallows and pour into lined pan.
- Refrigerate 1+ hours before cutting into squares and serving.

- Grease a 9-in. square pan with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter; set aside. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips, peanut butter and remaining butter until smooth. Cool for 20 minutes. Stir in marshmallows just until combined (do not melt marshmallows). Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-1/2-in. pieces. Store in an airtight container.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk, chips and marshmallows. Microwave, uncovered, at 80% power for 3 minutes or until chips and marshmallows are melted, stirring frequently. - Place the peanuts in an even layer in the slow cooker. Top them with the butterscotch chips and white chocolate chips.
- Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Stir the mixture and, if the chips are not completed melted, continue cooking it for up to 30 minutes longer. Check on it every ten minutes, and once the butterscotch and white chocolate are melted and smooth, it's ready.
- Scoop a generous tablespoon of the mixture and drop it on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Or, you can fill mini cupcake liners instead.
- Chill the clusters until they are set, about 30 minutes. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
