CHOCOLATE CHERRY BROWNIE BONS BONS
Are these easy? Not especially! Are they AWESOME? YES, and worth the extra steps! They look gorgeous, taste incredible and I use them for special occasions and gifts. If you have some extra time and want something extra special, this is the recipe!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Microwave chocolate and butter on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
- Stir until completely smooth.
- Stir granulated sugar into melted chocolate.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Stir in flour until well blended.
- Fill greased or paper lined miniature muffin tins 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick test shows fudgy crumbs; be careful not to overbake.
- Cool slightly and remove from pans.
- Place brownies on waxed papered tray and while still warm make an indentation into each one with the end of a wood spoon or with fingertip.
- Cool completely.
- Drain cherries, reserving syrup, on paper towels and press gently to remove any liquid.
- Allow to dry.
- Chocolate Fudge Filling: Beat cream cheese and vanilla in small bowl until smooth.
- Slowly pour in corn syrup and beat until well blended.
- Add melted chocolate and beat until smooth.
- Gradually add confectioner's sugar, beating until well blended.
- Spoon 1 tsp of filling into each brownie indentation.
- Gently press a cherry into filling.
- Drizzle fancily with glaze.
- Glaze: Combine cofectioner's sugar with enough cherry syrup to make a thin glaze.

- Mix brownie mix, walnuts, egg and water thoroughly.
- Wrap dough by rounded tablespoonful around each chocolate kiss.

CINNAMON CHOCOLATE STRIPS

- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat 1 1/3 cups sugar, the butter, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in flour and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Divide dough into fourths. Shape each fourth into roll, 1 inch in diameter and about 15 inches long, on lightly floured surface. Place rolls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fork to about 5/8-inch thickness. Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
- Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cut diagonally into about 1-inch strips while warm.

These freeze well, and are even BETTER warmed up in the microwave. They are very pretty with the white drizzle These are FANTASTIC. They're very easy to make, and have a little 'surprise' inside. I have tried many different Hershey Kisses, but the HUGS (white chocolate w/a choc. stripe) seem to have just the right amount...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Melt together the butter & semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3. Stir in the next 3 ingredients
- 4. Dough will be very stiff. I use a deep bowled measuring TABLESPOON and scoop out dough balls
- 5. Form above dough ball around 1 Hershey HUG (unwrapped) completely enclosing the Hug.
- 6. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 6 -8 minutes - They will appear shiney & soft as you take them out.
- 7. When cool - drizzle w/melted white chocolate morsels or white almond bark

- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan AND line with baking paper so that the ends come up slightly over the pan edges. This will allow you to lift the brownies out of the pan, once they've cooled.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or use a hot water bath. To do this, you will need a glass dish and a saucepan. Cut the chocolate into pieces of a uniform size. Fill a large saucepan about halfway with water and heat until just simmering. Place the chocolate in the glass dish, and place the dish in the water bath. Be sure not to let any water get into the glass dish. Gently and constantly stir the chocolate with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until completely melted. Always keep the heat low to avoid your chocolate becoming gritty this happens very quickly.
- Melt butter and stir into chocolate mixture until completely combined. Stir in sugar. Set aside to cool for about 10 minutes. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Combine the flour and salt. Stir into the chocolate mixture. Pour the batter into the greased and lined pan and bake in oven 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in the pan and then lift out with the help of the baking paper.
- Cut the outer crusty part off the slab of brownie they can create dry bubbles in your pops. Then cut the slab into 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch squares. You now have brownies.
