BROILED PORK CHOPS
These are fabulous pork chops. Pork is very lean, and this quick broiling method keeps the meat juicy and succulent. Serve with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes for a complete meal.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside half of the sauce.
- Preheat broiler.
- Brush both sides of the chops with sauce. Place chops on broiling pan rack. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side. Brush with more sauce. Continue broiling, turning and basting every 3 to 4 minutes, until juices run clear. Serve with reserved sauce.

HOISIN GINGER SESAME PORK CHOPS

- Mix honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, chili-garlic sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag. Pour 1/2 of the marinade over the pork chops; seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator, 8 hours to overnight. Place remaining marinade in an airtight container and refrigerate.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly spray the grate. Remove pork chops from the bag and shake off excess marinade; discard marinade from the bag. Grill pork chops, basting with refrigerated marinade, until browned and no longer pink inside, 8 to 10 minutes per side.
- Pour remaining marinade into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over the pork chops.

- Place pork chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 6 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Broil 7-8 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear., In a skillet, saute garlic in butter for 2 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the milk and cream cheese; whisk until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in onion. Serve the pork chops and garlic cream over pasta.

- Mix dressing and garlic until blended. Pour over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chops. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
- Heat broiler. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Place chops on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

- Sprinkle the chops with half of the garlic salt and celery seed on each side.
