BROCCOLI SLAW CASSEROLE SQUARES
This is a recipe using Dole's Broccoli Slaw with shredded carrots,and broccoli. It has been in the fridge long enough- so it has become this recipe today. Smells and tastes great..having chicken and mashed potatoes too.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray either a 10 inch or 8 inch square pan or casserole dish;set aside. --- Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl; add herbs, oil, butter, salt, and garlic to the bowl and combine.
- 2. In a small skillet saute the onions until soft, then add onions,cheese, and slaw to the bowl and mix to coat thoroughly. Add the bisquick and mix again.
- 3. Pour mixture into prepared dish, and spread evenly. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is turning golden brown. NOTE: if you want to use regular broccoli , be sure to chop into small pieces.
BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SQUARES

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking powder. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened. Fold in cheese and broccoli., Place butter in a 13x9-in. baking dish; place dish in oven 3-5 minutes or until butter is melted. Carefully tilt baking dish to coat bottom and sides with butter. Add broccoli mixture., Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.

BROCCOLI SLAW
Steps:
- Place the currants in a medium bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit until soft and plump, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix the vinegar, honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly, until emulsified.
- Shred the broccoli florets and stems and red cabbage using the shredding disc of a food processor (see Cook's Note). Add to the bowl with the dressing and fold in the currants, almonds, onions, cilantro, parsley, 3/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with more cilantro and parsley leaves, if desired.

- Unroll crescent roll dough into one long rectangle; place in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Seal seams and perforations; press onto bottom and 1/2 in. up the sides. Sprinkle with cheese and broccoli. , In a large bowl, combine the eggs, soup, mayonnaise, onion powder and dill. Stir in tuna and pimientos; pour over broccoli., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
