BROCCOLI FISH BUNDLES

- In a saucepan, place broccoli in a small amount of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse in cold water; drain. , For each bundle, place a cheese cube on three spears. Wrap with a fish fillet and fasten with a toothpick if necessary. Place on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper if desired. Bake at 350° for 15-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. , Meanwhile, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer fish bundles to a serving platter; remove toothpicks. Drizzle with butter mixture.

- Wrap each fillet around five asparagus spears; secure with toothpicks. Place in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. , Cover and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with onions. Bake, uncovered, 12-15 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is crisp-tender., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients until blended. - In 2 quart shallow baking dish, arrange broccoli.
- Top with fish.
- In small bowl mix soup and milk and pour over fish.
- Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture.
- Mix bread crumbs, margarine and paprika and sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
